After graduation from any stream or after qualifying the foundation level one can get register under the ICSI for the CS executive course. If you have bachelor's degree with a minimum of forty five percent marks, or if you are already clear the foundation level you are eligible to appear for the executive programmers. In this level you can get a vast knowledge about different laws like economic & labor law, company law, tax law etc. The executive level is divided of two modules have 3 papers each. One can appear the examination twice a year that on June & December session. To make it easy the ICSI pass the rule that the candidate can clear the CS executive level on one time basis or group wise.So if you are planning to have a career as a company secretary then get registered yourself & make your future bright & secure.
